Returns

What is your return policy?
We hope you will love everything that you order from us but if something isn’t quite right, you have up to 14 days from the delivery date to return your item(s).
  • If returning for store credit, we offer free returns.
  • If returning for cash refund, the shipping fee is borne by the customer. The shipping fee will be deducted from the cash refund.

All items must be unused, unwashed, unworn and have their original tags attached. All items must be free from stains, odors and other damages. Return approval is at the discretion of our team and we reserve the right to deny any return that does not comply with our policy. Denied returns will be shipped back to the customer. Items marked as "final sale" on the website (e.g. bra wash bag) are not eligible for return without exception.
How do I return my order?
  • Contact us by chat below or by email at hello@wearsoko.com. Provide us your name, email and order number. Please specify which item(s) you would like to return and provide a reason for return.
  • We will provide you with a shipping label to print and will arrange for our delivery partner to pick up the parcel directly from your address.
  • Re-use the original packaging if possible and seal the parcel securely. Returned items are your responsibility until they reach us, so make sure they're packed properly so they don’t get damaged on the way!
  • Print your shipping label and attach it securely to your parcel before handing it over to our delivery partner.
  • Once your parcel reaches us, please allow 3 business days for your return to be processed. If your return does not meet the conditions listed, the item(s) will be sent back to you. When your return has been accepted, your store credit or cash refund will be issued and you will receive a confirmation email.
How will my payment be reimbursed?
Your payment will be converted into store credit or refunded to your original payment method once the return has been processed.
How long does it take to process a return?
Most returns are processed within 3 business days of the item being delivered to us.
What happens if I’ve returned an order that is not eligible?
We'll send you an email once your package has been processed and will have to return your order back to you. Redelivery fees may be incurred under such circumstances. If you are unsure of an item's eligibility to be returned, you may contact us by chat below or by email at hello@wearsoko.com.

Exchanges

What is your exchange policy?
We want to help you find the right fit as soon as possible. If the size you ordered doesn't fit well, you have up to 14 days from the delivery date to exchange your item(s).
  • We offer free exchanges for the first exchange request.
  • For any additional exchanges, the shipping fees are borne by the customer.

I received a defective item. How do I request for an exchange?
We are so sorry you received a defective item! Please contact us by chat below or by email at hello@wearsoko.com to request for an exchange and we will send you the new item as soon as possible.
