Can I add a gift message to my order?
Absolutely! We are happy to include a handwritten card for that special someone upon request. Please contact us by chat below or by email at email@example.com. and let us know what your gift message is.
I accidentally ordered the wrong size. What can I do?
No problem! Please contact us as soon as possible by chat below or by email at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your order has not yet been shipped, we may still be able to exchange it. If your order has already been shipped, we can help you with an exchange request.
Can I get my order expedited?
If you live in Klang Valley, we are happy to arrange same day delivery for an additional cost. Please contact us by chat below or by email at email@example.com.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Packages delivered to addresses in West Malaysia are usually delivered within 3-5 business days. For addresses in East Malaysia, deliveries can take 5-7+ business days.
How do I change my delivery information?
Unfortunately, you won't be able to directly edit your delivery information for an order once your order is placed. Please contact us by chat below or by email at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible and we'll do whatever we can to help. We are able to change certain details like name, phone number, email and address as long as the package has not been picked up by our delivery partner. Unfortunately, if the package has already been shipped out, we cannot promise that we can make any changes.
What happens if I missed my delivery?
Not to worry! Our delivery partner will attempt to get in contact with you in order to reschedule delivery.
Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately, we are only shipping within Malaysia at this time. However, we have plans to expand soon! Please stay tuned for any updates.
